Membership in TSHHRA makes you eligible for benefits designed to assist you in professional development and in establishing a network of human resources professionals throughout the State. 

The annual TSHHRA meeting is held in the Spring (starting in 2007), which features educational programs, business meetings and social activities. Because the ASHHRA annual conference is scheduled for October 2006 in Nashville Tennessee, there have been changes made to accommodate the changes in the State and District meetings: TSHHRA fiscal year will now be March through April. TSHHRA 2005-06 memberships will continue through March 31, 2007, and thus transition to a new fiscal year at that time.

	Salary and benefits survey - conducted jointly with the Tennessee Hospital Association at no charge to TSHHRA participating facilities.

	Networking and sharing of information
	Annual Educational Conference and Technical Exposition. The 2006 conference has been rescheduled for Spring 2007 due to the annual ASHHRA conference being hosted in Nashville, October 15-17, 2006.

	Legislative and Compensation related to health care specific issues (updated quarterly)
